The authors consider the Cauchy problem for the linearized system of two-dimensional isentropic flow. The equations represent the mass conservation and Newton law II. The initial data are radially symmetrical (independent of the angle in polar coordinates). The existence and uniqueness theorem is proved by constructing the explicit solution.
