Discrete time \(Geo/G/1\) queue with Bernoulli gated service simulation system (Q2378889)

This authors describe the \(Geo/G/1\) queue with Bernoulli gated service simulation model in detail, and analyze the P.G.F. of the stationary queue length by the generation cycle method. They get the P.G.F. of the stationary waiting time by the independence between the waiting time and the arrival process, the probabilities in serving and vocation. At last the authors analyze the system parameter's impact on the system capability index by a numerical simulation example. This paper presents an efficient method to simulate the stationary queue length and the waiting time.
