A classification of three-dimensional homogeneous spaces with torsion-free invariant affine connections is considered. One special class of such spaces is considered, for which there are no different invariant affine connections with coinciding geodesics. The local classification is formulated in terms of effective pairs of Lie algebras. There are several tables for some special cases of this classification. Some of the formulated results are proved.
