The paper deals with Hamiltonian systems on \({\mathbb R}^3\) which are locally completely integrable. The main result is about locally generic three-dimensional Hamiltonian systems on a Poisson manifold for which a periodic orbit does exist. A class of perturbations which preserves the orbital stability of a periodic orbit is constructed.
