Summary: In this note, we extend the concept of \(\Pi\)-property of subgroups of finite groups and generalize some recent results. In particular, we generalize the main results of \textit{Y. Li} and \textit{L. Miao} [Commun. Algebra 45, No. 8, 3468--3474 (2017; Zbl 1371.20016)] and \textit{L. Miao} et al. [Monatsh. Math. 184, No. 4, 641--648 (2017; Zbl 1436.20027)].
