The author considers a non-trivial problem of solvability of the Schrödinger equation on a half-space, the case, which is connected with sufficient difficulties originated from a complex picture of the boundary-based wave dispersion. In this work, the initial boundary value problem is considered with respect to a quite general class of nonhomogeneous boundary conditions, which include Dirichlet, Neuman and the transparent boundary conditions as particular cases.
