The study of Sasaki-Einstein manifolds plays an important role in the $M$-theory as well as black holes physics. In the present paper the authors give an explicit construction of Sasaki-Einstein metrics on certain 7-manifolds, investigate their relation with Bott manifolds (orbifolds), and discuss their topological description.
