A relation for Gromov-Witten invariants of local Calabi-Yau threefolds (Q2428827)

The authors compute genus zero open Gromov-Witten invariants for toric Calabi-Yau threefolds using a certain relation for ordinary Gromov-Witten invariants and a recent result of Kwokwai Chen. More explicitly, they use a relation between ordinary GW invariants of the canonical bundle \(K_{S}\) of a projective surface \(S\) and the canonical bundle \(K_{S_{n}}\) of a blow-up \(S_{n}\) of \(S\) at \(n\) points.
