The author obtains sufficient conditions for the regular solvability of mixed problems for a class of operator-differential equations of third-order with variable coefficients on the semi-axis. The paper consists of 5 Sections. Section 1 contains the formulation of the main problem. In Section 2 an isomorphism theorem is proved. In Section 3 the author studies properties of polynomial operator pencils. Section 4 is devoted to estimates of the norm of intermediate derivative operators. Finally in Section 5 sufficient conditions for the solvability of the mixed problems on she semi-axis are obtained.
