The authors deal with the mixed boundary value problem for harmonic functions in an interior non-simply connected domain with cuts. Existence and uniqueness of a solution are proved. The integral representation of the solution is obtained in the form of harmonic potentials whose densities are determined from a uniquely solvable system of integral equations.
