The author introduces the concept of \((A,\eta)\)-mappings and give some properties of \((A,\eta)\)-mappings. By using the resolvent operator technique based on \((A,\eta)\)-mappings, the author constructs some iterative algorithms to approximate the solution of a class of general variational inclusions.
