The paper under review is the sequel of [Differ. Equ. 43, No. 3, 381--395 (2007); translation from Differ. Uravn. 43, No. 3, 368--381 (2007; Zbl 1133.58021), see the preceding review]. The author considers operator morphisms associated to an embedding \(i : X\to M,\) where \(M\) is a smooth manifold without boundary and \(X\) is a stratified submanifold represented as a union of transversally intersecting smooth manifolds. It is shown that the set of these morphisms is an algebra with involution and ellipticity conditions are stated for these morphisms. Some important examples are presented in which these operators are used.
