The authors study the existence of positive periodic solutions of a predator-prey system with Beddington-DeAngelis functional response and impulsive perturbations. By using the continuation theorem of the coincidence degree theory, a set of easily verifiable sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence of at least one positive periodic solution.
