A thin elastic plate subject to a coupled field applied at its boundary is considered. An inverse problem is studied which consists of the determinations of unknown cavity inside the plate by measuring the transversal displacement and its normal derivative on the boundary of the plate. Uniqueness with two measurements is proved.
