The behaviour of a two-dimensional two-component plasma in the presence of some adsorbing impurities is studied. The study is based on a method introduced by \textit{Cornu} and \textit{Jancovici} [J. Chem. Phys. 90, 24--44 (1989)] for a globally neutral two-component Coulomb-gas with a coupling constants \(e^2(K_DT)^{-1}= 2\). This requires the introduction of a cutoff distance to avoid the collapse of particles of opposite charges, and this distance corresponds to particle diameter. The tactics of the theory is to use this diameter in computing the dominant divergent terms as functions of this cutoff and to see if the truncaled functions so obtained are finite in the limit or not, it is observed that they are. The procedure is concretized for plasma with some point-like adsorbing impurities: one point impurity; two point (positive) impurities; one positive and one negative impurities. The general results are given also for the cases of adsorbing lines: one infinit line two infinite lines.
