In this paper a complex interval polynomial \(F\) is a family of complex polynomials corresponding to a usual polynomial and its perturbations. Then a ``pseudozero'' \(z\) of \(F\) is a root of some \(P\in F\). The authors consider that \(z\) belongs to a ``regular'' complex domain \(D\). They provide a rigorous method whether there exists a ``pseudozero'' \(z\) in some such prescribed domain \(D\). Of course, Rouché's theorem plays an important rôle in the proofs. Three examples are studied in detail.
