For a topological space, weak bases are \(sn\)-networks, and \(sn\)-networks are \(cs\)-networks. In this paper some properties of spaces with a locally countable \(sn\)-network are discussed and mapping theorems of spaces with a locally countable \(sn\)-network are obtained.
