Summary: We compute the Nambu-Poisson cohomology for Nambu-Poisson tensors of order three which are defined on \(\mathbb R^4\). In particular, we prove that the Nambu-Poisson cohomology of exact Nambu-Poisson tensors is equivalent to relative cohomology.
