An improved Goldstein's type method for a class of variant variational inequalities (Q2479389)

The authors consider finite-dimensional variant variational inequalities of the following form: Find \(u^*\in\Omega\) such that \[ Q(u^*)\in\Omega, \quad (v-Q(u^*))^Tu^*\geq 0\forall v\in\Omega. \] For these inequalities, an improved Goldstein's type method is presented. The computational superiority of the proposed method is verified by the comparison to some existing methods.
