In this paper, the author gives the curvature estimates for the Ricci flow, which depend on the smallness of certain local \(L^{\frac{n}{2}}\) integrals of the norm of the Riemannian curvature tensor \(| Rm| \). These conclusions will contribute to solve the stability of solutions of the Ricci flows. For part II see ibid. 31, No. 4, 439--455 (2008; Zbl 1142.53033), reviewed below.
