Mode decomposition for a synchronous state and its applications (Q2482569)

The paper presents a theoretical approach, which allows obtaining conditions for synchronization of two symmetrically coupled systems of the form \[ \dot x = f(x) + c(x,y),\qquad \dot y = f(y) +c (y,x), \] where \(c(x,x)=0\), \(x,y\in R^n\). The proposed approach is actually not new and has been mentioned as part of some previous publications, see, e.g., \textit{K. R. Schneider} and \textit{S. Yanchuk } [J. Appl. Anal. 82, No.~12, 1127--1143 (2003; Zbl 1057.34029)] or \textit{S. Yanchuk}, et al. [Physica D 154, No.~1--2, 26--42 (2001; Zbl 0988.34029)].
