Point-weight designs with design conditions ontpoints (Q2483389)

Point-weight designs are some generalization of classical block designs. This paper examines some special point-weight designs in which any two identical sets of \(t\) points must lie on the same number of blocks. A new class of designs called row-sum point-weight designs are introduced. Some properties and constructions are given, and some relationships of designs of this kind with other known block designs are observed.
