A stability criterion for HNFDE with non-uniform delays (Q2483683)

Stability of functional-differential equations is an increasing important problem in both science and engineering. This paper is concerned with a class of higher-order neutral functional-differential equations with nonuniform delays. To study the dynamics of functional-differential equations with nonuniform delays, an approach is presented to find a system with uniform delays which is stable if and only if the related original system with non-uniform delays is. Based on this approach, a stability criterion is obtained for higher-order neutral functional-differential equations with nonuniform delays and some interesting examples are also included to show its effectiveness.
