Errata and opinion to: ''An interval entropy penalty method for nonlinear gobal optimization'' (Q2484036)

This comment concerns the paper of \textit{Z. Huang} [Reliab. Comput. 4, No. 1, 15--25 (1998; Zbl 0898.65028)]. First, an obvious error in Z. Huang's paper is discovered. This paper solves a constrained maxmax problem by using interval penalty methods. Now, the author of this Errata mentions that ``it is unclear'' to himself ``how (and if)'' the solutions of the original maxmax problem are bounded by the solutions that result from the application of the penalty methods.
