The author analyzes solutions for rotating bodies with low \(\frac {m}{a}\) (\(m\): mass, \(a\): angular momentum). He discusses Papapetrou's exact solution -- with zero mass and arbitrary angular momentum -- within the framework of General Relativity. He also discusses other solutions and points out possible mistakes made in the work done before. The gravitational force on test particles is described in a particular case for the given metric and timelike closed curves are investigated in this setting.
