The present paper is the continuation of Part I [ibid. 118, No. 5--6, 1107--1127 (2005; Zbl 1071.82028). Whilst this preceding article is rather theoretical, the present one displays conclusions based on numerical results. The property of the basic PDE of the problem are carefully illustrated (asymptotic behaviour, subcritical temperature, and the like) and the paper finishes with a discussion related to the hard-core Yukawa fluids.
