On the volume of the projectivized tangent bundle in a complex Finsler manifold (Q2492899)

This paper gives a potentially significant result in the theory of complex Finsler manifolds. It is known that for a real Finsler manifold the volume of the projectivized unit tangent sphere is in general a function of the local coordinates on the manifold. In the complex case, however, this volume turns out to be a constant. There may be useful global consequences of this result.
