The existence of positive periodic solutions for a delay difference equation of the form \[ x_{n+1}=a_nx_n+h_nf_1\bigl(n,x_n-\tau(n))\widehat hf_2(n,x_n-\tau(n)\bigr) \] is proved in the case when \(f_1\) and \(f_2\) are continuous functions.
