The stability problems for functional equations are related to the question of Ulam concerning the stability of group homomorphisms [\textit{D. H. Hyers}, Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 27, 222--224 (1941; Zbl 0061.26403)]. Using Park's method [\textit{C.-G. Park}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 275 (2002; Zbl 1021.46037)], the author proves the stability of the inner product in a Hilbert module over a \(C^*\)-algebra.
