The author proves an analog of the Cwikel-Lieb-Rozenblum estimate for a wide class of second-order elliptic operators by means of two different analytic tools. The first one rely on the Lieb-Thirring inequalities for Schrödinger operators with matrix-valued potentials, while the second is based on the Sobolev inequalities for warped product spaces.
