This paper is devoted to the analysis of the dynamics of an adapted Holling-Tanner model for predator-prey systems. The central goal of the paper is to study how a disease in the prey affects the overall dynamics of the system. Moreover, global numerical results are discussed using bifurcation diagrams, where the disease transmission rate is the primary parameter.
