In the paper the kinetic helicity of vortex lines of the Gross-Pitaevskii model are classified by means of Hopf index, Brouwer degree, and linking number in geometry. A mechanism of generation and annihilation of vortex lines is presented. The evolution equation of the vortex line is also given. Moreover, a behavior of the dynamics of the equation at the singularity points is discussed. Three kinds of length approximation relations at the neighborhood of the singularity points are found.
