    Let \(G=AB\) be a product of groups of exponent \(e\) and \(f\), respectively. The author imposes various conditions on the groups \(A\) and \(B\) or on \(G\) and proves restrictions on the exponent of \(G\). For example, if \(G\) is nilpotent of class \(c\) by Abelian, then \(\exp(G)\) divides \((ef)^{2c+1}\).
