This article concerns Berthelot's arithmetic \(\mathcal{D}\)-modules. The main result is the preservation of holonomy under cohomological operations in the case of a formally smooth formal curve over a complete mixed characteristic dvr \(V\). This result follows from the case of \(\mathrm{Spf}(V[[t]])\) which is treated in the article.
