It is proved that the boundary value problem \[ \frac{\partial x(t,l)}{\partial t}+b\frac{\partial x(t,l)}{\partial l}=cx(t,l), \] \[ x(0,l)=\varphi_0(l),\;l\in[0,L],\;x(t,0)=\int_0^L f(t,l,x(t,l))dl+p(t), \] has a solution of the form \(x(t,l)=e^{ct}\varphi(l-bt)\).
