The author studies properties of analytic functions depending on a sequence of positive parameters increasing to infinity. In terms of distribution functions of zeros of an entire function of exponential type, he proves assertions equivalent to the bilogarithmic Levinson condition for the Borel transform of the function. As an application, solutions of two problems related to the Pavlov-Korevaar-Dixon interpolation are presented.
