The author studies a model representing entities attracted to a focus. The motion is in a medium rotating with constant angular velocity. Biologically this may represent microorganisms in a rotating fluid moving towards a light source. The phase portrait and bifurcations of this system are derived. A new result for the applicability of the model is given.
