A version of the well-known hierarchial clustering procedure is developed that is adapted for a special problem of clustering of galaxies. The measure of association is the binding energy. Successive merging rule uses a single linkage, complete linkage, and centroid reweighting. The hierarchial tree preserves merge lists that explicate the sequence of a tree formation. The author claims the stability as well as the ``dynamical meaning'' of thus constructed hierarchies. The full list of Fortran-programs is included.
