The time-varying discrete four block Nehari problem: A generalized Popov-Yakubovich type approach (Q2564749)

This paper gives necessary and sufficient solvability conditions for the time-varying discrete four block Nehari problem. The solvability conditions are expressed in terms of the existence of the anticausal and causal stabilizing solutions to a pair of Riccati equations. The results are obtained from a signature condition which is a generalized Popov-Yakubovich type argument.
