The Cesàro means of negative order of the two-dimensional Walsh-Fourier series is investigated. The norm \(\| \sigma_{n,m}^{-\alpha,-\beta}(f)-f\| _p\) is estimated by the partial moduli of continuity of \(f\in L_p\), where \(\alpha,\beta\in (0,1)\) and \(1\leq p \leq \infty\). From this some convergence results for \(\sigma_{n,m}^{-\alpha,-\beta}(f)\) are obtained.
