The problem of minimization of a quadratic functional on the solutions set of an elliptic system is considered.The system is linear with respect to control. The state of the system is described by Neumann boundary-value problems with conjugation conditions. The values of control belong to a closed convex set of a Hilbert space. Under appropriate assumptions existence theorems are proved.When the control set is the whole space, computation schemes for discretization of optimization problems are proposed.
