A method to obtain nontrivial lower bounds for the least common multiple of \(n\) consecutive terms of some sequences of integers, including arithmetic progressions and sequences with general term \(u_n=an(n+t)+b\), where \(a,b,t\) are integers, \(a\geq 5\), \(t\geq 0\), \((a,b)=1\), is presented.
