Summary: We present the construction of a local and regular Dirichlet form on the so-called Hanoi attractor of parameter \(\alpha\) for any \(\alpha \in (0, 1 / 3)\). Since these fractals are non-self-similar sets, we need to modify the classical construction of \textit{J. Kigami} and \textit{M. L. Lapidus} [Commun. Math. Phys. 158, No. 1, 93--125 (1993; Zbl 0806.35130)].
