Bei der Kreuzung von doppelt mischerbigen Individuen entstehen bei Genkoppelung die Phänotypen \(AB\), \(Ab\), \(aB\), \(ab\) in den Verhältnissen \(a:b:c:d=2 + \theta:1 - \theta:1 - \theta: \theta\). Für den Ausdruck \(\dfrac{a \cdot d}{b \cdot c}\) wird der Streuungsfehler berechnet.
