Hat eine Matrix \(A\) genau \(\mu \) verschiedene charakteristische Wurzeln, so ist irgendein Polynom \(F(\lambda )\) vom Grad \(t\), das nur einfache Wurzeln hat, auf \((t!)^{\mu -1}\) Weisen im Ring \(R(A)\) zerlegbar.
