Im Anschluß an eine Arbeit von \textit{Kármán} ( J. aeronant. Sci., New York, 4 (1937), 131-138; JFM 63.1356.*), in der eine Formel dafür angegeben wird, in welchem Verhältnis die Wirbelung hinter einem Körper durch die Zähigkeit der Flüssigkeit zerstreut wird, stellt Verf. eine Beziehung auf, nach der dieses Verhältnis mit Hilfe eines Hitzdrahtes im Windkanal gemessen werden kann. Übereinstimmung mit den Beobachtungen besteht nicht.
