Für die Zahlen \(\Delta ^\nu\,0^r\), \(D^\nu\,0^{(r)}\), \((-1)^r\,G_n^{(r)}\), die als Abkürzung stehen für \[ (\Delta ^\nu\,x^r)_{x=0},\;\;\Biggl(\frac {d^\nu \,[x(x-1)\cdots (x-r+1)]} {dx^\nu }\Biggr)_{x=0}, \] und für die Koeffizienten der nach Potenzen von \((x - x^2)\) entwickelten \textit{Bernoulli}schen Polynome werden explizite Darstellungen in Gestalt endlicher Summen gegeben; die Darstellung für \(D^\nu\,0^{(r)}\) ist bereits bei \textit{H. M. Jeffery} (On a method of expressing the combinations and homogeneous products of numbers and their powers by means of differences of nothing Quart. Journ. of pure and appl. Math. 4 (1861), 364 ff.), allerdings auf umständliche Weise, aufgestellt worden. (IV 11, 16.)
