It is known [see \textit{J. C. Artés} et al., Nonlinear Anal., Theory Methods Appl., Ser. A, Theory Methods 75, No. 14, 5416--5447 (2012; Zbl 1253.34036)] that all quadratic systems with an integrable saddle can be reduced to one of five families of quadratic systems and that each of these families possesses a Liouvillian first integral. The goal of this paper is to provide the explicit expressions of these first integrals.
