A semifield is a non-associative division algebra with unity. A semifield projective plane is a projective plane constructed from a semifield. In this paper, the author develops a technique, using linear spaces and regular sets, to construct and classify semifield projective planes of even order admitting a Baer involution, that is an involution which fixes a Baer subplane.
