The authors propose a dynamical dimensional reduction of a multidimensional space to a product of type \(BV\times T^ D\). Explaining the effective mechanism of dynamical dimensional reduction, they study the anisotropic multidimensional space-time of type FRW\(\times K\) (Friedmann-Robertson-Walker and an ``internal'' space K) and the presence of a single attracting critical point in the physically admissible region of the phase space representing the expanding isotropic 4-dimensional space-time and the static space K. The low temperature quantum effects are modelled and it is also analyzed how the existence of an effective mechanism of dimensional reduction is connected with the anisotropy of the space-time and its matter content. The authors' attractive conclusion is that the anisotropy and the cosmological constant determine the effective dynamical dimensional reduction.
